Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original gift box and include all certificates or authenticity cards provided at purchase.

  Print & Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
